What a wonderful world...

This HAS to be one of the most endearing commercials I have ever seen - ever! Those of us who are friends with Maxdog and Maxmom know that the World Cup is coming to South Africa. It must have taken oodles of time to get this 'right'. I can't imagine how much film footage was viewed to find the best movements in the animals - remarkable, clever - and at the same time in absolute awe of that beautiful land - South Africa. This place just might need to be added to my bucket-list.

If you've seen this before, enjoy it again. If you haven't seen this - boy, are you ever in for a treat! Take a couple of minutes out of your day. You won't regret it - not one, tiny bit!

That was really pawsome! No, I hadn't seen it yet, but it's GREAT! Just a few things of possible interest...

* If you feed ostriches apples...they look exactly like that!

*Mongeese/Mongooses?... LOVE to play with table tennis balls...because they throw them (because they think they are eggs.) Although they didn't featur mongeese with balls here...

*Dung beetles are fascinating in that they push their 'ball' of dung for miles (both the male and the female) and lay their eggs in them. They are nature's vacuum cleaners!

* Lions (in captivity)do play with balls and car tyres. Their captors have learns now not to give them car tyres...for obvious reasons!

* Where there is a 'change of key' in the video...that is the distant sound of the vuvuzela...the popular 'horn-type' instrument played at soccer matches here.

Sometimes they get caught up in all sorts of things and take us for granted. That doesn't mean they don't love and need us. Also you humans, remember why you have us around.
