Scout goes for his post-op checkup

This is where my dog-tor lives. I think he lives there 'cause whenever I come here - there he is!
Here's the dreaded 'door to the inside'. I don't want to go in there but I will 'cause my momma is with me an' she won't let anyfing bad happens to me.
This is Katie. Katie likes to bark an' bark an' bark at stuff - any stuff
This is Katie lookin' 'round the corner to see if there is someone comin' that requires to be barked at
In the waitin' room there are stuffs that mommas and daddas can give green papers for to take home
This is Katie gettin' ready to bark again 'cause someone is comin' through the door
This is Max an' his dadda. At first Max wasn't so sure about bein' barked at by Katie. She may be short but she's gots lotsa spunk
Max finally settled down on the other side of the waitin' room wif his dadda an' started to check out the 'snooter paper'
Here's Murphy. He's lookin' at Max wantin' to go be friends
Murphy is wonderin' why Katie is barkin' at him 'cause he's so peaceful an' mannerly
We finally got to our room. Momma says it is the Golden 'triever room - wonder why
Momma, we've been here a while. Where is Dog-tor. Jeff?
Dog-tor Jeff's helpers are always so happy an' nice
Dog-tor Jeff tellin' momma that I am healin' goods
You takin' notes, momma? He says I don't have to come back fur a while - that is furry goods
Dog-tor Jeff writin' in my book that he keeps in his office. I fink efury dog an' pet gets a book of their furry own
I'm smilin' furry big 'cause I don't has to come back again - at least not fur any operation an' one of the bad haircuts they give out at this place (PeeEss: if you biggy-fy my picture you will be able to read the words on my leash)
When momma waiting at the counter fur my medicine (vitamins) I wanted to be furends wif this kitty. She is furry old, 16, but she give'd me a raspberry just like sisfur Freyja does at home. I'm a good boy, I don't give raspberries.
We was leavin' an' this lil' pup was gettin' ready to see the dog-tor. His dadda said that he was a Christmas puppy an' that he really and really yiked his pup - I think you can tell that, right?
When we got home sisfur Freyja sniffed an' sniffed me an' I tooked a BIG drink of water an' then the two of us went outside to play an' to see if any bad birds were sittin' on our fence making faces at us. Momma is so happy that I am healin' goods an' that 'the worst of it' (whatever that means) is over.

When momma was visitin' a couple of bloggy's this morning, she read on Mr. Mango's bloggy that some of his furends really an' really need some good thoughts an' the Power of the Paw. You can find them over here. It is so sads when folks are so far from us an' all we can do is leave good words.

We liked reading about your visit to your Dog-tor (that made us laff cuz Cat-tor doesn't sound right, hahameow and we are sooo glad you are healing good! We think you tell a very good story and should write a book of your own!

Teri said she always gets a little sniffy when she hears the song from Dances with Wolves...you have good sniffy music on your blog!

And yes, it is sad to know of others hurtin' and we will knead with our paws and purr for them today...

Your vet's office seems so nice, Scout! I think that's important when they're so nice to us pups. It's great news that you don't have to go back for a long time, too!

We saw that blog and left them some nice words! How sad for them!

My sweet Scout, just today I was thinking about you. I was hoping you felt better, and I was hoping your mama felt better too. It is like magic that I can think of you and then- right before my tweedle eyes is a post from you, with the best news.
Your visit to the dogtor made me smile as you shared all faces of those who had something to bark about and those that didn't.
But the best news of all that I wanted to hear,, was that you are all fine now. That made my heart sing. Now my question is,,,,
is your mama better too?
love
your tweedles
